1. Overview
FeatureBoard partners with Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, payment processing, sales tax, and refund transactions on our behalf. When you subscribe to FeatureBoard, your purchase is processed by Paddle and subject to Paddle's Terms of Service.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with FeatureBoard within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.
- The 14-day period begins on the date of your first payment, not your sign-up date.
- This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only, not to plan upgrades or renewals.
- To qualify, your refund request must be submitted within the 14-day window.
3. Annual Plans
If you purchased an annual subscription, you may request a pro-rated refund within 30 days of your purchase date. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription term.
- After the 30-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period.
- Pro-rated refunds are calculated from the date the refund request is received, not from the date of cancellation.
4. Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for partial-month refunds. When you cancel a monthly plan, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent months after cancellation.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you retain full access until then.
- No further charges will be applied once the cancellation is processed.
5. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund through either of the following methods:
- In-app — Navigate to your billing settings within FeatureBoard and follow the refund request flow.
- Email — Send a refund request to support@featureboard.io with your account email and the reason for your request.
6. Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed by Paddle within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment method and financial institution. You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once the refund has been issued.
7. Exceptions
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Usage-based overages — charges for usage that has already been consumed (e.g., API calls, AI queries beyond plan limits) are non-refundable.
- Renewals after the refund window — automatic renewals that fall outside the applicable refund period described above.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
